One of the way to influence friend that caught my attention is the no. 6 take the lead without any self exalting intends. That's particularly what I observe with my friend. Her name is Lydia, an extrovert and very natural leader. She takes initiative a lot. She is a leader, but she's leading with attention, and she's really working on how to involve the people she lead. She leads while keeping attention to the followers. That's really an amazing skill I see from her.
She used to work in CHC as well, she is the no. 9 in the 12 friends I mentioned here...

I didn't expect a reply so soon for my post! To me, how you treat people and friends is just like how you want them to treat yourself. The beauty about true friendship is that it is sacrificial and never self-centered. Its about giving and building up one another.
