    Daniel -

Great post. I always believe in power of body language in dealing with people. I lately have started noticing people with their body language and its nexus with energy, positivity etc. and as you can imagine, I am finding people who constantly blame others are the ones showing extremely negative body language before they speak even a single word. It's amazing.

@Shilpan: Yep! I can imagine that. They tend to have this certain feeling around them that makes us want to back away from the person until he/she starts to regain composure.

I wonder if people who show negative body language for most part of the day can be attributed to the culture they were brought up in (and yet to notice of that), or most likely there is no one to show them or put a thought in adopting a practice of having positive body language that draws others closer in their life.

Excellent post, Daniel! People will know us by our fruits! If fruit is an outward sign of a tree or plant that is healthy at the roots, then a smile is an outward sign of someone who is spiritually healthy. You are right; people who see a peaceful smile on the face of a Christian can't help but be drawn to it.

    Blessings, dear brother!

    Daniel -

I really like the design of your blog. How did you do the footer that asks "Liked this article? Things you can do now" - I'd love to add that to my blog. I'd also love to have your comments. :)

    Thanks

@Renae: Thanks for your encouragement! Yes! The joy of the Lord is our strength. That's a huge way to show how healthy we are with our walk with God. I will see more of you here yeps! :D

@Shilpan: Thanks for your praises too. I did the design for this blog, my friend prompted me to do some changes to the original logo and here's one for the dramatic feel.

The "things to do now" post footer is manually done with a div container and manually adding the links and icons into the "single.php" file in the templates.

Thanks for subscribing too! Enjoy both of your stay here. :)

Wow, what a great monstrous post Daniel! Huge set of areas to comment on but the main thing I read the article for was the art of smiling! Its amazing how little it is used, yet how effective it is to improve your own and other's day around you.

One note, you mentioned smiling is contagious. True, it actually triggers chemicals to release in your mind. Frowning or sadness on the other hand isn't quite the same, it can stop the chemical release if you stop smiling but it doesn't do anything directly. That is your mind's thoughts only that can turn your mood more negative. So, using that to one's advantage means no one else really needs to affect you or make you down. Thought its a nice tidbit to know, great post and keep smiling!

@Mike: Haha. Definitely man! I find it really easy to get my week right by smiling right from day 1. No surprise that things start to get much better around those who smile too! :)
