I enjoyed reading this article and the breakdown of the three mindsets that are not helpful. Having any of these sure can hold us back from the person we can truly be!! It's important to cultivate a healthy mindset!

I used to have the poverty mindset. I never had enough love or money in my life. Once I let go of what I wanted and enjoyed what I had my happiness began to slowly open to the wonderful world around me.

It takes time to create the right mindset, but don't give up because slowly and patiently wins the race.

Hi Daniel, thanks for popping by Rebel Zen today and thanks for this article. It can be quite a skill to stay totally positive all the time. I don't know that I manage quite that but pretty good most of the time :-) Rock on dude!

Hmm... That unwilling mindset is something that unfortunately is taught in school, encouraged by parents, advertised continuously on TV and internet and visible in our lives continually everyday. People are encouraged to be safe, NOT take risks, and to be comfortable with their lives from a young age.

We need to change this mindset to encourage people to take risks, determine and go for what matters to them, no matter what!

    Great article Jephthah!

Hi mike a million thanks for your comment!

Yeah i totally agree to what you’ve said! We were taught since young that things in life must be in a perfect scenario and everything have to be safe. But the fact is, life isn’t perfect and it is always filled with challenging obstacles.

We need to step out of this mindset because by being unwilling, we are escaping not only from reality, but possibly a chance to reach our destiny in life!
